Revisiones sistemáticas pediátricas de "Health Evidence" (diciembre de 2016)

Como cada mes, "Health Evidence" nos ofrece una selección de revisiones sistemáticas (RS) de interés pediátrico clasificadas según su calidad metodológica.

Las RS que han merecido la máxima calificación ("strong") son las siguientes:

• School-based interventions for preventing HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and pregnancy in adolescents
• Immunization interventions to interrupt hepatitis B virus mother-to-child transmission: A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
• A systematic review of interventions to improve prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission service delivery and promote retention
• Household interventions for preventing domestic lead exposure in children
• Lifestyle intervention can reduce the risk of gestational diabetes: A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

 Las RS cuya calidad metodológica se ha considerado internedia ("moderate") son las siguientes:

• Interventions to improve adolescent nutrition: A systematic review and meta-analysis
• Improving adolescent sexual and reproductive health: A systematic review of potential interventions
• Systematic review and meta-analysis of interventions to improve access and coverage of adolescent immunizations
• Interventions for adolescent substance abuse: An overview of systematic reviews
